Dr. Gagan Kumar Dhal, Ex-IAS has a Doctorate in social philosophy from London. He is a philanthropist, having profound insight into social philosophy, ethical and humanitarian values, and a creative thinker, who believes in exploring new frontiers of human endeavours. A strong advocate of the global response to climate change, social and economic sector reforms and a disease-free world, Dr. Dhal has steered many paths breaking policies in the government and is an expert in finance, E-Commerce, Information Technology, education and agriculture vs climate change. Several prestigious awards such as E- Sishu, Prime Minister's excellence award- 2005-6, CSI Nihilent E-Governance Award 2013 for SAMS, National Award for e-Governance, Gold Award 2013, Express Tech Sabha Award 2015 for best e-governance, Skoch Award for Excellence in Higher Education 2014-15, E-Admission National Digital Award 2014-15, E-Valuation National excellence award- 2014-15, E-Pest surveillance in Agriculture Recognition by Government India- 2007 were achieved during his time in the government. Dr Dhal has been a part of numerous government delegations abroad. He has widely travelled to Europe, America, Asia, Africa, Russia and CIS countries. Dr. Dhal is a keen sportsperson and an avid mountaineer having ascended Cholu West (6250 meters) in Nepal in 2008-09.

Mr. Shree Krishan Choudhary has rich experience in startups Marketing, E-Commerce, Financial, and referral marketing. Focused on innovation in consumer products/ technologies/ marketing services in addition to entrepreneurial roles in the last three decades. He travelled a lot and visited most of the Asian countries for business boost up. Mr Choudhary holds Bachelor’s degree from Agra University. He has been awarded the "Best Achiever Award" from ICICI Prudential in 2001.
